NextGen Music Tuition – Terms & Conditions

Updated: July 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the NextGen Music Tuition website or making an enquiry about lessons. By using our website or asking us to arrange lessons, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear and easy to understand for parents, students and schools in the UK.

NextGen Music Tuition – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NextGen Music Tuition. These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use our website and how we provide our music tuition services for students, parents/guardians and schools in the UK.

1. Music Tuition Enquiries and Arrangements

We offer music tuition through school partnerships, home studio sessions and online lessons (for example via FaceTime). You are welcome to contact us to discuss lesson options. An enquiry or discussion about availability does not create a booking or agreement. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the arrangements with you and confirmed them in writing (for example by email).

2. Payments and Cancellations

Lesson fees and any other charges are agreed with you in advance. Fees must be paid in line with the payment arrangements we agree with you. If you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson, please let us know as early as possible. Where reasonable notice is not given, we may still charge for the missed or cancelled lesson in line with our usual practice.

3. Website Use, External Links and Recommendations

Our website may include links to other websites, resources or products that we think may be helpful, including Amazon affiliate links. These links are provided for information only. We do not control, recommend or endorse any third-party websites or products, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

4. Copyright and Website Content

The content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and other materials, belongs to NextGen Music Tuition or is used with permission. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you must not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
We do not control, recommend or endorse any third-party websites or products, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions or about our lessons, please contact NextGen Music Tuition using the contact details on our website. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or in UK law. Any updates will be posted on this page.
